5,3,2,2,1,1,1 to obtain your one rep maximum heaviest back squat.
I am crazy about days in which we go for a PR(personal record). There is a palpable sense of excitement and encouragement in the gym as people attempt to beat there old record. The joy of accomplishment is prevalent and I always feel elated and fell a real sense of pride from and for our athletes!!!!

16 Push press
The cookie was harder than it seemed. At first, the light weights made it seem like cake, however, the inrease in reps made it really challenging and by half way through the second round I ,for one, was struggling!
