Greetings from CPH!

Hello everyone, I have arrived in Copenhagen. In order to not feel jet lagged I opted for not taking a nap and getting out into the world. Which consisted of looking for coconut water that did not have sugar in it (no luck so far) and buying groceries. Muffe made me a great paleo breakfast of lean ground beef, red bell peppers pecans cranberries over spinach…yummm! Then we went out to a friends garden and pulled weeds for three ours, eating the strawberries we uncovered the whole time.

So this not a crossfit blog yet, but just an update and tomorrow’s wod, I will keep you all posted on wods from the Butcher ‘s Lab as well as the gymnastic cert this weekend.
