30/60/90 Friday

Friday’s WOD:

The format is as follows:

30 Seconds of work, One minute rest

60 Seconds of work, One minute rest

90 Seconds of work, One minute rest

You will be doing the following movements and lifts through that format:

Pushups

Jumping Lunges

Push Press

Overhead Squats

If you do not get this, you will get it tomorrow!

Robin- Jumping Lunges

O/H Squats

Jumping Lunges




That was fun…in that sick CrossFit sort of way.

For you afternoon folks, be aware of your weight…those overhead squats feel WAY heavier than you think they will.
