Wendler Wave two

It is impossibly late, I am exhausted and nursing this knee. I am quite sorry for the tardiness of this post, but here goes anyway…

Week Two of the Wendler Series of weight training. Our percentages go up 5% each lift our reps go down 2 sets. So you remember the 5-3-1 part of his method. This is the “3”. So get out your Chuck Taylors, your Converse, or least leave your running shoes in your gym bag for tomorrow’s WOD.
