Dear Eva, Hi how are you? Good that’s good. Me? I am well. Well you kinda kicked everybody’s ass yesterday. What’s up with that?! Oh just how you roll? Huh. Ya I guess so. Two and 1/2 miles, 150 heavy kb swings and 150 pull ups…kinda a lot don’t ya think? True. It is good to push ourselves once in a while to do a workout that is longer.
