Benchmark Wednesday with “EVA”

We will spend the beginning part of Wednesday’s class working with the GHD machines again. 2 rounds of 1 minute max sit ups and then on to the WOD….”Eva” 5 rounds 800m run 30 kb swings (32/20kg) 30 pull ups “Eva” reminds me of “Helen” on juice. So get lots of rest tonight, you are gonna need it!

This is a benchmark workout, so newbies you will see this one again. It is a great way for us to not only monitor our progress very clearly, but also gives us a common “language” if you will with other crossfitters all over the world. So now when you are on vacation and you go to another box you will have your “Eva” time to compare with others.
