Helen is one of my favorite workouts, it is short and uhem, sweet. It is a great combination of three very different exercises and unfortunately I was unable to do it today in order to be rested up for the brutal 5 minute WOD 3 of the CrossFit Open I will do tomorrow….but alas I would love to hear about how everyone else did with my ol’ homie Helen. Did you like her? What did you like if you did? Did you loathe her, struggle with her? Do tell.
