After some days off, we jumped right back in and began the new year with a hero workout! The hero workouts are brutal for a reason. They are named for heroes of war. These heroes were all Crossfitters as well. We honor them by giving it our all as we tackle these extremely demanding workouts.
Another one of our personal Crossfit heroes, Pete Trevisani celebrated his birthday by joining us for Jack today! He completed and 7 rounds as prescribed! Pete is one of our most committed and outstanding athletes. We love having Pete as part of our tribe! HAPPY BIRTHDAY PETE!!!!!
