Recipe of the week….Turkey with Cranberries and AlmondsSaute onion, garlic, ginger and yellow bell peppers in a little bit of coconut oil. Add skinless turkey breast, when it’s ready to turn over add fresh cranberries. Put a lid on it and right before the turkey is fully cooked, take the lid off add chopped organic almonds. Turn the turkey over once more and in a minute or two…    Buon Apetito!!
