Today we did one of the girls!
HELEN!
400 m run
21 Kettle Bell Swings(16kg/24kg)
12 Pull Ups
Helen is a benchmark workout and many of our athletes saw their time improve from the last time they did it!
Notably: Jenna did Helen as prescribed and cut her time by approximately 40 seconds(a long time in a workout
of this difficulty) finishing with an impressive time of 14:33 and being the only woman to get up on the leader board. Mona cut her time by almost 2 minutes and added 4kgs to her kettle bell weight! Bravo guys!
Classes were full all day today and we appreciate your determination and tenacity!
