Today’s workout was a hard one(imagine that)! Major Metabolic Conditioning!
2 minutes of Wall Balls
2 minutes of burpees
2 minutes of box jumps
2 minutes of double unders
Rest 2 minutes
And Repeat!
Our athletes kept a great pace a d determination in this workout. These 4 stations are some of the hardest individual movements and to add them all together back to back is brutal! All who worked out were envious of Phil’s double unders! Let’s work on those guys!
